In any circumstances even if goods are delivered and confirmed you take the risk of losing them if there is police raid or they get stolen by drop, we mention this not because it happens often but because we want to be open about our business to you as a customer and we will always try our best to retrieve your goods if anything goes wrong.
Tracking number can't be manipulated in any way before drop have received and sent delivered goods to you.
You must provide tracking before the delivery of the item or the item won't get accepted..
Labels for the shipment of your items are made by yourself. Labels must be uploaded within 24 hours of the drop confirming delivery.
Labels are only accepted after service has been paid fully for reship.
What we are not responsible for:
- Force majeure in the form of calls, letters, and visits from store -employees, postal services, police, and detectives that results in loss of items.
- The service is not responsible for parcels that do not reach us.
- Drop has been informed about the scheme and has quit their job.
