I live in Australia. I wrote up a card and went to two different ATM's and tried to withdraw cash. It read the card, i went passed the pincode stage and went to the stage where the money was being converted from US to AUD because the BIN and Dump info was american (it was a bank of america dump). At the very end it would say failed to process card.
For those who want specifics, it gave me an error code which was
ERROR CODE = 3-DA062 (00)
it further said restricted card.
Now, im being dead serious, if anyone can help me hit my first ATM withdrawal and overcome this, i will give you half or more of whatever i get. Let's see who wants to get paid. Letsgettit professionals.
