There are a number of questions about AMEX. If not difficult, tell me.

1)
There is an acc of the above system, self-cracked on CC.
When you enter the Acc, the name CH, balance, payments, pending, etc. is displayed.
But with further navigation around the BA, the name of his wife is not displayed in the header. Probably the card is tied as additional to its account.

How can I use Amex Membership Points? I came across an account with a decent number of points. When trying to buy GIFs in a memmbership shop, it asks for a checkout
3x (!) Digit additional security code indicated on the back of the cardboard, this code is not included. Those. buy is not a varic.
When trying to pay them, Newegg asked for a call, asked the service for a call, and said that they had no options to call there. For the future. How to use Points as effectively as possible?

What is the availability of billing statements in Amex accounts? By type of account? Did they come across to me in accounts only 1 time and then the routing and account number were not indicated in them?
Or does Amex provide only cards? because again, I’ve come across a couple of times the linked accounts of WELLSFARGO and JP in my accounts.
