If I could make this work, I would be too busy to post for sure ;-) Like I say, I wrote a couple chips that worked in the store at point of sale, but a lot that did not. I have some guesses as to why some did not work, but not the finances to chase those suspicions down. All I know is that it is NOT dead, because I absolutely DID take a couple unfused JCOP cards and get them to work in the store and NO I did not change the ATR on the ones that worked. While I can change the ATR, I have yet to get a card I changed the ATR on to work in the store.
To say you cant possibly make a working chip is insane! Banks do it every day! If they can, we can as well! The thing is that the people that know how are not telling, not even selling the information.
Take X2 for instance... Now the cards that I did get to work, were indeed written with that program. My question is why can it only write at most 2 applications? Why does it not convert the expiration date correctly?? And MOST importantly, if I run it on a computer that is online and I use Fiddler 4 to monitor my network traffic, why does X2 attempt to send my card info to Telegram and Discord hooks??
I mean these questions are easily answered. Like why does everyone keep saying that EMV is dead?? Either they are making a fortune at it and dont want more people to find out how it works and kill it. OR MORE LIKELY, they are FEDS flooding the market with disinformation.
That being said, I dont have it working and all the info I used to make it work the times that I did is on this forum.
