Why there are so many programming languages if you can achieve the same with every programming languages? Like there aren't programming languages that can do something more than other right?

You can use any language as you want for any purpose, but some are easier to use and/or more efficient

There are a lot of systems, hence a lot of languages being developed. Some have the same purpose, but execute differently, have better readability and might be more efficient and safer than others. It's also like coffee. Everyone has different tastes.

Python has no semicolon at the end of a statement.
They did it just to fuck with grammatical types! Also, please... Even BASIC had semicolons.
