To the Esteemed Management of Crdpro.

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to formally request arbitration and a final judgment from the appointed arbitrator regarding a professional dispute between myself and the management of ProZone Store. Approximately one month ago, I submitted a request for arbitration in this forum following a series of content creation tasks—specifically, educational videos—that I produced and delivered at the request of ProZone’s management


Following mediation by their team and their assurances that I would be compensated for my efforts and losses, I agreed to withdraw my arbitration request and formally submitted a request to terminate the arbitration process. While they did make partial payments totaling around $1,000, this amount does not reflect the actual value of the work completed, as the volume and scope of their orders far exceeded this compensation.

Despite their continuous placement of new work orders, I have repeatedly been told—when requesting payment—that the administrator is unavailable, and in one instance, I was even told that I should "pray" for a resolution. Such responses are highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

It appears that the administrator may be attempting to avoid fulfilling their obligations. I respectfully urge you to ensure that the administrator upholds their commitments and that I am fairly compensated for the services I have provided.My claim is $5,000.

I hope you can forgive me. Unfortunately, only see our own problems. When the smallest issue arises, we blame everyone except ourselves. I am trying to change my perspective on issues in the future. Store managers deal with much bigger problems than mine because I am only dealing with one person, while the admin has to handle hundreds like me throughout the day. Please disregard any claims from me; these issues are quite common and will be resolved sooner or later. Again, I sincerely thank you and the respected management of CrdPro for addressing user concerns. Please consider this post concluded.
