swipe dumps

Got a question been doing in-store for a minute, but after a month or 2, the bins get locked for some reason, but I can still use some of em for Walmart or Target but not Nebraska and Apple which where I usual hit big. I was wondering if there is way to write track 1 or 2 to get it to still hit...
