1. When I change the account info like billing and phone number, clearly bank will block the enroll account if I do it from day 1 after I login with the new IP. So if I wait for 24 hours, is that all I need to prevent bank blocking the account when changing info? Can I lower the chance of getting block with calling to change info instead of changing it online?
2. How can we find stores that require minik? Most of the stores that I dealt with only ask for 3ds, I havent encounter any stores that ask for minik
3. Is there a safe % of how much balance we should use? I figure if I purchase an enroll I will most likely to call the bank and inform them about the future purchase to prevent blocking, and clearly we wont be able to clean all the balance from the CC since it will most likely trigger anti-fraud and get blocked if we tried to clean the whole balance. If so what is the safe limit for using an enroll without getting block?
