I'm just asking around, do any super professionals here have the latest list/ constant access of directory servers of card networks? Getting NonVBV bins will be easier!
Or better, if anyone has access to the updated banks' ACS server list. Knowing which bank doesn't have a server will help a lot!
Or does anyone know how to access them? I know that we need an insider in network companies, probably at a high level.
