Anyone have experience paying debt collection with CVV, What bin?

Anyone have any idea if I can pay a collection company with a CVV, or is it a bad idea?
A friend said that they generally don't allow chargebacks once it's been paid??

its depends the amount. majority, is better pay with debit cards cause' some debt collection doesn't accept credit cards. in my personal exp. every payments was chargebacks so, that's for you own risk

Thank you .. So, my logic is that:
There's no point in paying with a card unless it's my own, because its just gonna get charged back and it'll still be my problem, except now they would know I tried to defraud them
