Anyone willing to help me with dumps ?

I Have been trying to hit with dumps for a couple weeks now and im not able to get them to work. I seen some post about people talking about the card will only work in some states the holder has been too and so forth. My next thing im going to try is to get a 101 out of country dump that was skimmed in the us and use and my state.
If anyone knows how to hit with dumps or does and can help me out with what im doing wrong let me know thanks.

u can not insert boa card on boa atm
u can not use dumps from websites unless u have a zip so you know where to hit them

even 101 has region lock lately

i could give you some track2 and pin to test.
