I agree with Max, If it's trough escrow you should not worry about it !
Through the website Escrow everything is fine, but looking at his words, I would never work with a pathetic kid like he is, I feel sorry for his parents and his life, someone needs to educate this kid on how to behave, I know his life must have been hard, but this forum is strictly business, not cursing people around.
If his words were okay and explained to me nicely why would he need a deposit, then that would be a great start and a conversation to a new partnership, but something like this, may God have mercy on his soul for real.
