The support team responded to my query:


"Hello! The bonus period has been suspended by our security service. If you want to continue using our service, please top up your balance.


They blocked me from responding to their message. I have my email and Telegram verified. There's no reason to suspend me, the only explanation I can think of is that I use Tor. Look at the forum, where you advertise, most users who value their privacy use tor.

In short, I don't recommend this service. Apparently, you can't log in with Tor, and their support is unable to provide explanations, they simply block you. I don't recommend wasting your time.

Sorry you could not test our service. Not sure it happened because of Tor as we do not have much users who use it.

They suspended my account almost instantly after I redeemed the bonus. I didn't even get to try the service, I only had time to look at the interface. Total waste of time
They clarified that to use the account, I need to add funds. I think it's a marketing strategy. They know that the hardest part is convincing a user to sign up, so they try to convince them with a free bonus. Once you sign up, they cancel the bonus and tell you that you need to add funds to the account. You have to admit, it's clever, at least.

I've never been to your website before receiving the code. Don't try to divert the topic. At least I'd like to see a user who received the code claim that they used it completely and weren't banned. Why don't I see those comments?

That is basic human behaviour - if everything bad they start to complain, if everything good - they keep silent. Usually.
We do not have access to the technical side and can not say what exactly caused the restriciton, hovewer, it works well in the most situations.
