so i got ATR tool 2.0 and atr tool 4.0

i copped 4.0 from a dark net website and found 2.0 but both have viruses and wont download unless you disable anti virus and shit.

can anyone verify if this is normal or i just got scammed with a malware?

YO DID YOU GET 4.0 TO WORK? AND IF SO WHERE COPPED FROM? OR CAN SHARE SOFTWARE WITH ME?
