All base no refund why?
there must be bad cards in there. Is it a lost when bought a bad card from the bases? help me understand this !

I think it has to do with the source CC. The cards are highly valid, I have been working for several days and I can confirm this. Obviously problematic cards are always ref, even though they say they are not returnable. Perhaps if u bought it for the 2nd or 3rd time and are asking for a refund, u may face a refusal.

Exactly. I agree with you, the source of the CC is important. If the cards are from a sniffer, hence the price and quality.

From which database did you buy the cards? My last purchases had balances up to $700. I found a good merch that can accept more. Did you have large balances on your cards?

It’s difficult, I can’t say for sure. I don't work with such amounts. There may have been larger balances, but I did not use such amounts.
