i have ,just do it on the website not the app with a fresh cc or you can call and place the order over the phone
bro to be honenst there is no method just gotta make sure the card used is from the same City / State
or within a 50 mile radius, put the card holders name for billing and pickup person. If they give you a issue or ask for ID which they didnt ask me for ID at all. just keep to order under $500.
go to store DRESSED NORMAL not like a flashy asshole or a bum. park your car right in front of the place make it seem like you are a legit customer.

what i did was I showed them the order number than told the person "give me a few minutes while you get that ill look around for somethign else." and look around just buy something cheap like car wash soap or whatever. just gotta play it off thats all.
