This is a fair point. It was brief, but enough for the seller to say the account would be aged 3-4 months and that the ID used would be the same for each bank and square. That was not what was provided and I immediately took issue with it at the time it was delivered, for this specific reason. I agree that it was stupid to do any deal without escrow. But the level of acceptance that this place is just a bunch of scammers is super disappointing. I get it, but I respect @ncondamove for trying and the forum for even monitoring a place like arbitration claims.Maybe I'm blind as fuck, but I can't see any logs here about what you agreed on before the deal. Although this is the main point! So if all the terms of the deal that the plaintiff writes about were not agreed upon, can there be any claims? In this case, it's the plaintiff's mistake. So that it doesn't happen again, everything needs to be clarified before the deal. It's better to do through the Escrow service.
