You paid 500 fucking bucks for a Square and netspend account? Sorry but, you deserve to be Scammed or ripped off although i am not implying that the seller did (only judge can say that). Who the fuck pays for square or netspend. You can get like a no Block BofA with a debit card, real phone number with adding it to credit report and Square account and some more shit for that kind of money. or Even bofa with its merchant account that never gets terminated. Even a notarized USPS form for a Mailbox.

Update here in response to the arbitration @BANKMAN.BIZ has updated his arbitration / terms of service accordingly:
