I have heard windows 7 because their are less security holes in it...I am still learning too. Trying to get CC to BTC methods that work.

Use a burner laptop, disconnect from your home internet, run CC cleaner and use a mac address changer. Go to a place with public WIFI that has a lot of people and then use Tails VM on a encrypted external drive. Connect to your RDP, you should be able to buy a windows 7 RDP. Windows 7 has a lot more compatibility

So what RDP provider would you recommend anyway? I want to start using RDP in the near future, but want to be able to connect to USA
