Yo how can I get the ink out of paper money?

Submerge the Bill's in purple power degreaser in a bowl or whatever, microwave for 5 minutes, take the Bill's out and lightly scrub them with a toothbrush. Repeat that until they're bleached and blow dry them till they're crisp
