BML is owned by Paypal, anyone that knows anything about paypal knows that the #1 thing you need to get around their systems is good socks and vpn that is not blacklisted in thier database if you can get those your half way clear of having your order approved just make sure your elite sock or vpn ip is not in thier blacklist database!!!
