Did you make an inquiry to the store?
Do you have proof that the card was dead or fake?

I find the site good if you are buying bulk of cheap (0.03cent-$1 ccs) I buy about 100 in a 3cent base & more than 10 were valid. Its a good site for bulk purchasing but can be hit or miss on the checker I much rather buy no Ref cheap ccs.
