Yeah virtual number does not work anymore on netflix.

You can try to buy some cheap SIM CARD from ebay or amazon and use them to verify the netflix which you carded.

Also keep in mind that once chargeback hits, netflix will remove your subscription and ask you for another payment details to be added.
