Carding itunes/playstore

Hey guys!
I'm trying to buy in game currency like gold/gems for mobile apps.
When trying to buy anything in app on itunes or android i'm getting the message to contact itunes support all the time, on andoid the transaction cannot be completed.
I know the cards im using are LIVE US from my shop admin.

Anyone able to offer any advice on how to get around the customer support message? I'll throw you a few US FULLZ if you help me out.

Can purchase apps from the store no problem. it's buying in-app purchases that's the problem.

This is happening on both android and apple devices and also bluetsacks. Would it be possible that my device is banned.
