Su configuración tiene algunas vulnerabilidades. ¿Y lo mejor? No tienen 3D Secure que pueda arruinarlo todo. Es casi como si lo estuvieran buscando.

Reconocimiento

Antes de irnos a por todas, investiguemos un poco. Abre tu rastreador de redes favorito ( Burp Suite si tienes dos dedos de frente) y explora la página web de JomaShop . Verás que colaboran con Braintree para pagos y con Forter para la prevención del fraude.

Forter ... puede que ese nombre te suene. Estos tipos suelen ser un auténtico incordio . Pero en JomaShop, sus controles de fraude son como un guardia de seguridad perezoso : solo aparecen después de que tus pagos ya se hayan liquidado. Esa es nuestra maldita oportunidad .

Before we go balls to the wall lets do some digging. Fire up your favorite network sniffer (Burp Suite if youve got half a brain) and poke around JomaShops site. Youll see theyre in bed with Braintree for payments and Forter for fraud prevention.

    • This is crucial – PayPal demands a legit address.
    • Make sure it matches PayPals records for the card.
  3. Hit Pay with PayPal.
    • PayPal sees a verified shipping address and relaxes.
    • Their fraud detections basically taking a siesta.
    • Authorization goes through without a hitch.
  4. After PayPals thumbs-up but BEFORE the final confirmation:

Before we go balls to the wall lets do some digging. Fire up your favorite network sniffer (Burp Suite if youve got half a brain) and poke around JomaShops site. Youll see theyre in bed with Braintree for payments and Forter for fraud prevention.

  1. Load up your cart and head to checkout.
  2. Use the cardholders real addressas the shipping address.
    • This is crucial – PayPal demands a legit address.
    • Make sure it matches PayPals records for the card.
  3. Hit Pay with PayPal.
    • PayPal sees a verified shipping address and relaxes.
    • Their fraud detections basically taking a siesta.
    • Authorization goes through without a hitch.
  4. After PayPals thumbs-up but BEFORE the final confirmation:
    • JomaShop lets you "review" your order.
    • Change the shipping address to your drop.
    • PayPal wont even notice.
  5. Smash that Pay Now button.
    • Transaction processes using PayPals pre-authorized token.
    • JomaShop gets your updated shipping info.
    • Package heads to your drop.
This works because PayPal does its security check during the initial authorization. JomaShop will happily process the order with the new shipping address and your stolen goods are practically in your hands.
