This method works for sure! I've had about a 20% success rate (1 in 5 attempts) which isn't terrible. Each for over $300 each. What I noticed is that you have success if you attach a created Gmail account in the victims name (in addition to the existing one), verify the OTP code and then make sure to utilize one of the frequently accepted Cashapp BINs preferably in the same state as the area code attached to the burner. Patience is also key, as I had the best luck force closing the app after successfully attaching the card and then waiting a few hours to try and send funds to your recipient. $200 increments is best.
