c) View the latest transactions made by card holder
d) Change billing address
e) Change phone number
f) Disable region lock (Travel Notifications)
g) Add card to Apple/Google Pay (NFC)
h) Balance Transfer
i) Access Mini Deposit
Application.
There are tons of ways. You can use it as a regular CC, or you can hit the apps with NFC, or you can come up with something similar to my elaborate scheme. Remember that you have a great advantage different from the usual CC: you know the balance, you are 100% sure of the correct ABC, you can customize it, and you can disable alerts!
How do you do Enroll?
It's a simple process, you need to buy a card that you know you can enroll. After that, you need to punch in your KX for the data you need (default is billing, SSN, DOB, MMN). Pass registration on the platform using all the data and voila - you have registered your card. Bins can be found in the public domain, I think it will not be difficult to find them. Harder then will be to buy a card, because the frenzy on the rolls is certainly present and services for their sale are not slumbering, buying them in all known shops!)

2. How I managed to make a regular enroll - 3ds enroll
For the very green 3D-Security - This is an additional check when paying, a code that you need to enter on the payment page to verify your payment. It is ubiquitous on mate Europe, and more rare in the US. In the US this system is being replaced by AVS.
The idea was as follows: buy a roll, change the data verifa 3d and enter in their shops.
In theory it could be done in two ways: directly from a personal account (platform) or by calling the bank.
I started with the second option, as I called myself, it was not successful, apparently my accent was palyalyali and sent away)
Abandoning attempts to do it by calling, I began to look for a bin, with which I will check my idea through personal acc.
*I want to draw your attention to the fact that I myself. did not role, but only went to all known sellers. I searched only by 1 criterion: availability of 3D-s on the map.
Having spent 400-600$ on tests, I finally found that very bin. A bank on the Fdecs platform. It is possible to change billing address, change phone number.

Verif through mail (the funny thing is that when you make Enroll you specify mail - and 3ds shows it as an option of transaction upruv), and verif through number (steamy and pointless, since through mail I already have this option). There is no limit to perfection, it is still possible to reinvent the wheel! This bank died after 3 months of active fucking, pulled out was decent for such a cost. I'm sure there are still such bins, which provide the same opportunity to change 3dsa, or come up with a new innovative method different from mine!) The method with nudalom through amazon is still relevant!
