Who knows where you can buy a cheap card for attaching to a paypal cheap? Acc verifid, payment comes from the screwed bank. account, but e-check, but it needs to be instant. Recently I bought a ss, tried to drive in and a stick sent me, says "this card is disabled for Entry on Paypal website" CC from local services, apparently, I do not need. Chances are it is already screwed onto another stick.
