CLAIM CCZauvr Deposited LTC but didnt get credited

i already sent around 13$ to my account at cczauzr and still didnt get credited the litc address says there is still 11 hours left for the address so i sent and didnt receive anything even when the conformation was completed successfuly i just made a complain because everyone has the same issue and support doesnt respond to the tickets
