Chaturbate affiliate program using Proxies - help

Hi,

I have a chaturbate age verified account and I want to use join the affiliate program to make some $$ something between 10 and $20 a day since I'm willing to do it manually (by myself by joining my own refferal link) using US proxies, but before doing it I have some questions about the use of proxies in general.

- Is there a difference between HQ and Premium proxies ? or it's just the same thing
- Should I use HTTP proxies or SOCKS5 ? I still don't understand the difference between the two
- Do I need to use a MAC address spoofer ? since I'm doing this on my Pc
- I need residential (US) proxies if I want this to seem legit and not datacenters proxies right ?
- What's the best place to get the requered proxies ? I've heard of Vipe72 and luminati but there are so many with different prices.

Well, I used Vip72.com proxies to join the website with my own affiliate link and my account got banned after five days lol

I don't know what I did wrong, I always checked the IP's first if they were blacklisted or not, I always cleared the cookies, changed the user agent with an addon (on firefox) tried to also change the screen size with an addon too but still I got banned so quickly that it did surprise me, btw I did hit the minimum amount to get payed ($50) during those 5 days, maybe I pushed it too far and should have gone slowly ?
