Amount of claim: 360$

Reason of the claim: First I saw his "Job wave" starting soon and I thought why wouldn't I buy a lifetime membership which I would qualify for this job. I quote from the mlng.cc site: "Are you ready to forever immortalize yourself in the darkest corners of the web? Our lifetime membership grants you an eternal position in our esteemed secret society. Gain unlimited access to our ever-growing knowledge base, networking opportunities with influential figures, and a chance to shape the industry like never before. Seize this rare opportunity now by clicking 'enroll.'" After I joined turns out it was just us, they had 2 sites (they created them) and I would have to make people buy something from them and that's how I would get my money (50% of it). I didn't want to be a part of this since its not carding and I wanted a refund which he agreed to do. He also agreed to help me load some balance onto a site of which I gave him (he just started ignoring me, I messaged him from a different telegram and he replied haha). They also provided me an "instructor" which just recommended me their website: camorra.club. They claim its not their website, but in photos 5 6 7 8 9 you can see its the same registration page and in the ticket on that site they just speak the same broken english. I have also typed in the photos something, if you can read that thank you.

Sorry for the delayed reply but honestly as he said I provided him with two group invites;
1- For Work where I allowed him to run the crypto scam project that many beginners are interested in since it requires low efforts.
2 - Then I also created the group with the instructor which he joined refused to buy from the site that was recommended by his instructor and asked for an alternative of which I provided two including snowy cvv and patrickstash(he is probably capable of saying Patrickstash is also our site)
I made it clear to him that if he doesn’t like the instructor he can ask a replacement which he did not do and he did not even bother to login to the job dashboard.
So I really do not know what we did wrong in this case.
@Abraham_Lincoln please, give feedback!

"1- For Work where I allowed him to run the crypto scam project that many beginners are interested in since it requires low efforts."
I thought it would be something with carding, never thought I would have to interest people in buying something.
"2 - Then I also created the group with the instructor which he joined refused to buy from the site that was recommended by his instructor and asked for an alternative of which I provided two including snowy cvv and patrickstash(he is probably capable of saying Patrickstash is also our site)"
The "Instructor" provided 1 site (which is highly likely theirs), the instructor should help overral not just recommend a site and disappear, you didn't provide stashpatrick, i mentioned it.

"I made it clear to him that if he doesn’t like the instructor he can ask a replacement which he did not do and he did not even bother to login to the job dashboard.

I did login and provide my username like you asked to, you also mentioned I can get a refund which I didn't receive..

@Trilnas advise: in what way exactly the defendant failed to fulfill his obligations?
Can you show where exactly it's stated that his job offers was related to carding?

It was no where related to carding the job he was offering, I just thought so. Thing is that he agreed to refund and I want it. I bought a membership from him, after I reviewed everything its just looked super sketchy to me + saw on the forum bad reviews about him after I bought the membership, don't want to start anything just want my refund.

In this case, your argument is unfounded. Your personal expectations are irrelevant to the dispute.

Thing is that he agreed to refund and I want it.
This is also not an argument. The fact that the seller allowed the refund is solely his own initiative.

I bought a membership from him, after I reviewed everything its just looked super sketchy to me

Arbitration considers whether the agreed service was provided and verifies its compliance with the terms.
But it doesn't take into account subjective assessments of the service quality that go beyond those terms.
