I topped up on the store, bought 1 dead card which i didnt get refunded for (I didnt raise a claim or requested for refund)
FEw hours later i couldn't login.

I have made numerous effort to contact the owner via jabber and private message here and also post on forum of the store but they have refused to sort this.
