Firstly let's speak for wise - Price for business wise account on our website is not 500$, it's 1200$ and that's a big difference, I also specified this in our conversation on telegram so talking about 500$ here is weird from your side, especially taking into account that you asked specific country which is France.

Second - We asked you to create stripe on your device to avoid device change risks, I highly doubt that you would use ip and cookies that we could have provided you with
stripe account, but even they don't guarantee sucessful device change that's why we asked you to create stripe yourself. You don't need any specific information to create it and moreover - we gave you business document and gave you all docs for person including 2 selfies.

Speaking for stripe selfie - that's extra service and it would have never been included in the set as selfie verification occurs after some transactions and we gave you accounts without
transactions. And for your information - stripe accounts verified with selfie are very very rare on the market and cost around 2k$+ and it's minimal price.

Speaking for additional verification on stripe - we are not keeping our people tied - on whom banks and merchants are verified, so if person is available for verification we may help, I clearly stated this in the dialogue that we may help but now we can't reach that person thus we can't help. This service is extra and no one of sellers is gonna guarantee you 100% that person on whom the account is verified can be available all the time.

First of all, Stripe verification was part of our agreement, but the next day I asked you for a different selfie because Wise asked me for this document and you haven't responded since the next day. If the agreement was $1,500 including Wise + Stripe with verification, you should have told me before the order that Stripe wouldn't be available for me, so for this reason you broke the agreements made previously. It doesn't seem normal to me to block a customer who paid you in advance and you changed the rules after having the money and without even notifying me!

I have all the chats I sent to the moderator where my agreements were stated before the payment and I asked you if the person was available for verification and you said yes without any problems, so you can't change the agreements after you've received the money. The Stripe Business price of $500 was clearly visible on your website.
