Today I am making a claim against President Lincoln @Lincoln. I paid him 9.232189567626 XMR ($1500) for his CC shop opening service.
I ended up paying for the service on July 25th, expecting to make progress on the shop and open it within a month. Lincoln has been delaying the process, and having little communication through it all. Passing it to a teacher who has not responded either.
I have requested a refund from Lincoln, although he has gone ghost ever since asking.
Lincoln I would like to be refunded. Amount of claim is $1500.
