Hello,

Unfortunately I have to initiate a claim against @Verifpro.net , as many others have done. If you look at recent claims and feedback on his marketplace post the trend of this 'seller' is obvious.

- I have contacted verifpro.net asking if he would be able to pass selfie verification on my own account. He replied yes, we have agreed on a 1-day timeline and a price.
I have swiftly made the payment in USDT of $300.

- Next day, I provided all the information and they have attempted to pass verification, but failed. The person told me we can try a different method tomorrow, or try another service. I agreed. The next day, they failed again. I provided an alternative service to verify - they failed again. I wanted to provide yet another service to verify - but they refused, saying that they only try 1-2 times.

- I contacted verifpro asking for a refund. He said that they do not offer refunds and I can use the $300 as credit in his store. I asked if his store has an option to buy a verified account on my information - he said no. I don't need anything from his store. I contacted him specifically to verify my own account. He's talking about store terms - I only discussed directly with him. There were no store terms or anything similar discussed. I asked if he can do it, he said yes and asked for money. Simple. If they are advertising a service that they can clearly not perform only to lure money from potential clients to use for items they don't need - it's ripper behaviour.
Can I advertise an unrealsitic service, people buy it, I can't do it, and say now you can spend this money on stuff that you don't even need? No.

- To quickly solve the problem, I offered him to keep $50 for his efforts in good faith, and return me $250. He has since completely ignored me for over 24 hours.

Therefore, I am asking crdpro to assist me in receiving a refund of the full amount - $300 USDT for total failure to complete advertised services despite numerous attempts, blatant ignoring, refusal to cooperate in good faith, after being given countless options to mitigate the issue. I believe there is nothing else to discuss here, as I see I'm not the only one who requested refunds from him here.

I am attaching undisputable proof of every point.

I've already had claim like that before and previous time refunded 790$ to customer as there was no info at the website terms related to custom verifications

After that case, terms were updated and you can clearly see updated terms here -> https://verifpro.net/page/contacts-terms

It says that if custom verification didn't succeed - funds get credited to shop balance

Terms are publicly available on the official website, which is advertisted on my channel, on forums, even my nickname on crdpro is Verifpro.net which is the website. It's also on my telegram logo

So every customer is able to access the terms and read them shortly (it's not long-read for 10 pages), they explain how we work with customers

Speaking about custom verifications - we've tried to complete couple verifications offered by client but were not able to as doing custom verification is complicated process and success depends on list of factors, often including customer fullz/docs or details that he provides

According to the aforesaid I consider this particular claim as basically pointless and asking admin to close this report

CRDPRO members find you on CRDPRO marketplace. We do not find you on your silly website. We find you here. That is why you have customers in the first place, by advertising here. This is the site whose reputation you destroy.

You are advertising accounts, verifications, etc. I did not visit your personal website - I didn't need to. I used your telegram contact provided in this same topic to contact you and asked if you can do it. You said yes and asked for money. You did not send me your terms and conditions. You did not ask me if I know and agree to your terms. You did not ask me if I checked your website. You do not have those terms listed on CRDPRO topic.

That's why I am far from the only one complaining about your slimy scamming schemes.

Accordding to the aforesaid, I consider this particular attempt to blame another customer as basically insulting to the platform and asking admin to assist Crdpro members in getting their refunds, and closing this misleading, slimy seller down.

Furthermore, you are literally admitting guilt by continuing to refuse refunds and trying to force people to use your site credit, showing that it is indeed your plan to lure customers by promising unrealistic services, for them to then be forced to buy something they don't need from your store instead.

Terms are clearly stated at the official resources of the seller who provides you service, he is not trying to hide some info from you, website is advertised everywhere and is publicly available.
Terms are not hidden beyond 10 pages of small text.

I have topics other forums as well and writing terms at each will make first post complete mess that's why normally people don't do it

I can see that you are too lazy and too silly to visit website and read terms before purchase - it's not my problem and terms were ALREADY updated after such case where refund was sent

- You advertise services that you are incapable of delivering on CRDPRO in hopes of getting people to send you money to use on shit they dont need.
- Clients find you on CRDPRO together with your telegram contact link.
- Clients are not sent through a funnel that goes from CRDPRO to your WEBSITE to then your TELEGRAM. We go directly from crdpro to telegram.
- Once contacted your first message is literally "SEND $300". You don't copy & paste your terms. You make ZERO efforts to familiarize customers with your so-called terms. You don't give warnings that you can't really do what you advertise. All you do is push people for payment and say 'yeh well do it'.

So as cute as your attempt is to blame the customer for not 'reading your terms', it's invalid. Not the first time I see you on the forums insulting customers who you finessed. So let me use a language the that you might understand - If you still can't connect the dots as to why your defense is invalid, you should consider taking your arrogant, petty, ugly, broke ass back to elementary school and start your life over. Dickheads like yourself should have no place on Crdpro marketplace. We have so many legitimate, courteous, knowledgeable merchants around here. Get the fuck out and stop scamming people.

A little advice: duplicate this claim on other forums where the seller also works.
