Cloning card qeustion.

As carding on the internet is getting harder and harder with OTP etc i have qeustion about
physical carding ( cloning ).

1. is it still possible to write a dump to a blank card and purchasing/windrawing funds from?

2. Is it possible to only write TR1/TR2 to the card and then windraw/purchasing stuff on card and not using /?

i tried on my own personal card to tape/remove the chip on the card, and i was still able to windraw money from card, so i suppose i was able to do this with ATM only Reading tr1 and tr2 on magnetic strip?

before i buy dumps etc i would like to hear if anybody in here have succes with this? Etc only writing TR1 & TR2 to card with MSR card writer and then be able to use card afterwards?
