Why is there no refund in your store? That means me buying CC from your store is a very big Gamble? And the Catch is the low price you sell your CC, from $0.4 - $6.0 that low price is to trick people into buying from your store with no guarantee that the CC is Valid. If you are really in the business of selling CC, add refund options to your store which gives guarantee that someone is buying a Valid CC. If not this is just one big basket shop that is my honest review.

No. Not certainly in that way. But the meaning is +-. Much depends on the balance on the card, not only that it is verified or not. Many factors - response codes, country, authorization method, etc. But in principle, your calculation makes some sense. Rather agree than not.
