No offense but these bases have been bad lately. 40 to 50 valid rate and almost most of them are declined/ dead pieces. And theres not even proper billing address for alot of the ones that are valid. Please step up your bases and provide EXACT billing address if not, theres no point in buying your ccs, even if theyre cheap at 1$. A cc without proper billing address is almost pointless, almost, as most sites require 100% the billing address. I really want to like the site but if you dont step it up i will unfortunetly need to buy ccs elsewhere, at least until you step up your bases. At least 60% VR and CORRECT billing address. So im only going to deposit here when i see proper new bases from now.
