I got the amazon login with email access and unfortunately that one did not work.

I am not the support on the shop, so you can just write support tickets in case of bad accounts, in case if it obeys all rules of refunding - we do a refund.

Hi mate! I deposited today 20 dollar, and bought transferwise account, wich was already deactivated, i bought 3 wallmart account, and all have fake email password, can not login through thunderbird. please refund me, my name in your shop : dimensiontrip

you need to click on "refund" in your account next to the account bought.

and send a picture of proof to them.

Yeap, Kyle is right. In case your accounts are invalid and refundable (in case there is no "NOREF" in additional info) you just create a support ticket and supports will do their job
