Declined Twice?

tried 2 different cards, verified seller, had vpn +good socks that matched zip code, everything good...
Declined twice? What could it be?
only thing I noticed was when I was on whoer and dnsleak is that my dns was leaking through the proxies, and there were a lot of vpn servers on my list. Is that why? any tips, thx

u go to Name Resolution -> mark resolve hostnames throught proxy
maybe this fix your problem.
