bins I think there are several steps required for enroll. 1.bins tell us what bank it belongs to, and the materials required for enroll. Of course, zip or SSN DOB is preferable. 2. Look for ZIP SSN DOB to get online access. I have a few bins, as well as a SSN DOB lookup service, but I'd like to keep the cost down. If you can find the bins yourself, you only need to purchase the cc of the specified bins
