Hes selling dead cc and says he will give new cc if the one he provided is dead but he only gives dead ones and then stops responding. hes very responsive until he gets money then he disappears. i paid for one non vbv plat amex and he sent me 4 dead ones. i tested them all right away and he said it was non vbv for shopping but it wouldnt even charge netflix for $10. i could buy a cc really cheap but when i pay over $30 they even come with known balances. for me to not be able to charge $10 on 4 different cards he tried giving me and then hes completly stopped messaging back.
