this is my second complaint ticket about your checker , checker approve dead cc , first ticket you ignored its okay, this is second time checker approved dead cc , i bought from shop 2 , i know you can say no ticket refund in shop 2, but this is abnormal situation kindly check if can, if this true then refund to me , i confirmed this cc dead with luxcheck getting this declined.402 - [card_error/card_declined/do_not_honor, i am sure is this dead before i bought

UK bases so trash, some have phone numbers attached and some don’t. None of the numbers on the cc match the actual numbers of the card holders. You make up phone numbers yourself , not good.

SHOP 3 IS NOT USEABLE AT ALL. THE FIRST CC I BUY AGAIN, MARKED AS UNCHECKED FOR A DEAD CARD.
WTF is this bullshit man, now I have to wait another week for you to manually refund because Shop 3's checking system just doesn't work.
Support will tell me 'NoRef' too, I already know. This is super frustrating.

Error feedback: checker is fine, but the server has a problem. All problems are caused by the server suddenly freezing and not running. If the browser keeps spinning when checking the card, an error will soon occur. If the response is "Unchecked", then congratulations, you still have a 50% chance of getting your money back through the ticketing service. If the server freezes and an error occurs, the corresponding result should be "Dead", but the response is "Live", then congratulations, your money will not be refunded

Is this for Shop 1, 2 or 3's checker?
I never get this unchecked error with shop 1, it's just shop 2 and 3.

Shop#1 and Shop#2 works fine, and checker system as well.
We have temporarily sudisabled Shop#3 and currently checking the system. Will look into the issue and resolve.

We are working to change support team, replies will be faster and appropriate. You can see this change from April.
Shop#1 and Shop#2 works fine, looks like the issue is with Shop#3 and we have temporarily disabled it to look and fix.

Listen bro, we know how our site works - regardless of any failure "Refund Requested: No" will be always yes if you click on refund button.
Next case if Refund Requested: No - we deny.
