I HAVE CHECKED THIS WITH BOTH Luxechecker and Viper and you can see the DEAD CALL ISSUER response on ticket, please LOOK AT THE TIMESTAMP BETWEEN WHEN THE CARD WAS BOUGHT AND WHEN THE TICKET WAS CREATED. THERE WAS NO OPTION TO CHECK:
So now Admin will see 'Refund requested: No' and will automatically say 'NoREF'.
SO all in all, the only viable shops for us customers are Shop1 and Shop2, SHOP 3 IS UN-USEABLE. I have said this 3 weeks ago and you brushed it past and I have lost $40, now if you don't refund this I will be at a $60 loss and I will be opening a scam report on here.
