Replied to your claim ticket against us. Percentage dropped due to low quality cards / high refunds. Adjusted back to 60%.
We allow refunds via tickets, and once refunded the same is adjusted in your balance and shown in dashboard.

i suggested this shop to my friends but all are saying its auto approve on shop 2 and shop 3,

Posting tickets here is not a sureshot way of always getting refund. It is marked as valid, and cannot be refunded.

There is nothing like auto approve for Shop#2 and Shop#3. Fair refunds are given.
Shop#2 uses Luxchecker.
Shop#3 uses no cvv check (authorize).

Bro what are you talking about. You said REF TO EACH 3 TICKETS, But only refunded for 2??
