Dear users,
We experienced a network outage which affected the top-up and Shop#1 checker.
These services are now fully restored, and you can top up your account as usual, "Add Balance" function is working properly.

If any previously dead cards were marked as live during the outage, please open a ticket with the card number to request a refund.
[SHOP#1] - FOR REFUND OF CARDS BOUGHT DURING OUTAGE, OPEN TICKET WITH CARD NUMBER. CHECKER WORK FINE NOW.

This store is un-useable now.
Checking takes 1-2 minutes, and now I get TWO bullshit ' A timeout occurred Error code 524 Visit cloudflare.com for more information.' Message when checking two DEAD cards and now is marked as LIVE.

Also @ElonMoney, why don't you answer unresolved tickets on here everytime you come on here, like you used to do?

I am still waiting for $9 for the ticket you said you 'REF'D' but forgot to add the balance. And now you say 'Ohhh but card is marked live so I cannot do anything', not even addressing the part where I haven't had $9 added. (https://elonmoney.hk/dashboard/tickets/113320/view)

Its a very rare instance where you might see a timeout in Shop#1 check, due to overload. Just open ticket with number for refund.

We noticed a lot of people just want unjustified refunds, which put stress on seller as well. If support says no refund, we are not interested to review it again and again.

Bro what are you talking about seriously? I have been using the shop longer than most, I rarely ever get any issues with this store and personally have topped up a considerable amount of money. I understand if you would say that last sentence if I made a new account and only looking to get refunds, but this isn't the case.

MY issue is that:
I PUT Links to 3 Cards/Tickets.
YOU said 'Ref' to all 3 CARDS.
YOU refunded for 2 CARDS ONLY.
I am still missing $9 from the card YOU 'REF'D but did NOT ADD the balance of $9 back to my account.
This has been going on for nearly weeks now.

Piece of shit store, so many issues like other people on here say. Server issue now mark card dead i buy as live.
Checking now taking 2 minutes to check. so so bad.

Do not let '09-15-MIX’ base seller ever upload again.
Uk cards ALL shit, all dead, and even when not dead
stupid facking base uploader puts fake numbers for each card, so phone numbers not matching card.
