You have to pay a total of $306. $170 was deducted from my balance due to the request you rejected. 136+170=$306. The reason for the rejection was that I opened a Litecoin request. The reason you rejected the previous Litecoin request was because I opened a Bitcoin payment request. What's going on? My balance decreases every time you reject a request. Why aren't you being fair to your seller?

Hello store owner
i hav slight issue, my network change and i cannot check in time for closed card becos it not adding to gpay
so i create ticket and say to me
'If eligible, this card will be refunded within 12 hours. Please wait for the second reply for confirmation.

no update, so i create new ticket but it say:
'This card has already been refunded, or rejected for a refund in past. Please do not create a ticket for this card again.'
but I not recieve refund, so you reject closed card?

New AI system introduced in tickets. Reply time is reduced to 12 hours, and instant replies. We suggest to not rely on tickets for refund but on checker.
Use tickets only in genuine case.

This happens when card is already refunded. It is marked as refunded in DB.
Escalated this ticket for review.

Hello,

Yes it says refunded but $8 not given back to me.
Please check order history dear Elon and Balance history, I upload $32 and now at $24 but it say Refunded? How possibel when I only buy a few cards in this store.
