124198- it was refunded. Please wait for reply in ticket.
124139- it is already marked dead by checker and refunded.
I received a response on all tickets. (Refund successful.) But the money for one ticket has not been refunded yet.

@ElonMoney bro What does this mean? (Your refund request for this card has been rejected due to various reasons, including but not limited to card live or excessive refund requests for Shop#1 cards via tickets. Do not create a new ticket for the same card. You may continue to open tickets for different cards for refund.) Why such an answer? This card belongs to shop2 and for some reason they wrote to me first (It is already dead, and refunded.) And then the text that is above.

Support has improved, but there is one problem here, you said in the updates that shop #3 the commission for checking dead cards has been removed. But money is still debited from the account even if the card is dead.

[Update] - Shop#3 check fee is removed, no check fee is deducted for dead cards.

Dear Elon, first time I using shop 3 wich deducting $0.10 per check and now big issue for one card, where checker says live when card is 100% dead.
I hav tried adding cc to GPay and also two checking websites and all say declined and dead, call issuer.
I hav taking video recording of this all, which I can share to you dear elon if you tell me how to send all evidence
Pleas check for yourself and refund $22:
