You're quoting a base uploaded in early January, [LQ HQ GOOD HIGH] tags are given based on random checks on the cards. It has nothing to do with price. Sellers are free to set their own price (Gotta make every happy).
The base you've mentioned JAN#15 or earlier, post that we have uploaded more than 20+ bases, and all of them are priced at default price of 8$. If some seller wants to put a price tag of 15$, I won't stop.

does matter when you charge 15$ for base tagged LQ/HQ/GOOD and most cards already dead. You say tags “random checks” but still defend high price - this is main problem. If quality check not reliable, premium price make no sense. Cannot have both.
Yes, seller free to set price. But when marketplace allow 15$ price for base worse than normal 8$ default, this also platform problem, not only seller. Marketplace still must take responsibility for quality.
About refunds and deposit, this just distraction. If cards work, refunds not happen. Many refunds not mean abuse, it mean many bad product. Attacking buyer instead of fixing quality only prove my point.
