Payout is processed. We Keep a 30 day payout time period to process payouts as we need to manually adjust seller balance when we receive tickets from users for refunds. Both parties balance are adjusted accordingly.
This was already mentioned in seller application ticket, not sure why you open claims. Terms are kept upfront, you upload - you agree.
Tickets related to withdrawal are NOT entertained. We have withdrawal request section for this. Use it, creating tickets related to payouts - no reply.
