Refunded. Support team is given instruction to deny manual refund in case user deposit history is poor, and users are not using automatic checker but keep on relying on manual refunds.

Two cards not live but your admin marked as NOREFUND. Please have a look at ticket 150333 AND ticket 150950 for evidence of both cards not being live.
